1. Am I eligible for any Canada immigration program?

Your eligibility depends on your age, education, experience, and language expertise.

2. What are the Canadian immigration program offers available to me?

3. How long is the process time for immigration applications?

4. What may cause my application to be refused?

Applications can be refused for a number of reasons. It may be that an applicant does not qualify in the immigration category in which they applied. 5. What if my application is refused?

There are different types of appeals and timelines for each application. If your application is refused, please contact our office to seek advice on the applicable timelines.

9. What is the Express Entry pool?

Those individuals who are entered into the pool of candidates must be eligible for one of the immigration programs including the Federal Skilled Worker program, the Federal Skilled Trades Class, Canadian Experience Class or the Provincial Nominee Program. The Government of Canada and Canadian employers are able to select candidates from this pool and will issue them an “Invitation to Apply” for one of the above immigration programs.

10. What is the CRS?

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a points-based system that is used to assess and score a candidate’s profile to rank them in the Express Entry pool. Candidates are assessed by the following criteria:
